Steps to Success

01.

Practice portions and food substitutes with minimum 30 min workouts 3 days a week

4 days a week workouts for an hour each and more veggies, less carbs and sugar

Stay busy, fill your time with things that burn calories. Portion out food while eating many of your health benefitting foods.

Make eating out and high calorie meals special occasions or only a few times a month. Low calorie but multi benefiting food consistency.

05.

Group workout classes or with friends to stay accountable. Only eat and drink healthy foods benefitting your body. Seldom intake of carbs, sugar, and dairy based foods. No need for fried foods anymore as they make your 5-7 day 1 hr workouts non-enjoyable.
