Baking Homemade Blueberry Muffins

Made blueberry muffins yum. You can put a sugar crumble on top if you'd like, recipe is below. Hope you love them!

Recipe:
Prep Time: 20 min Cook Time: 20 min Serving Size: 18 muffins
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 3 teaspoons of Baking Powder
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Canola Oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups Blueberries
For Topping:
- 1 cup Flour
- 2/3 cup Sugar
- 1 stick salted Butter
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a medium bowl, stir flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
In large bowl, whisk eggs and sugar together. Then yogurt, oil, and vanilla.
Fold wet ingredients into dry and mix by hand.
In small bowl, sprinkle blueberries with flour until all are coated. Fold in batter.
Spoon batter into muffin pan.
In small bowl, whisk ingredients for crumb topping until crumbly. Put on top of batter in muffin pan.
Bake for 20 min.
