Nutrition and Health Tips to Make You Smile

With every step you take should be in the right direction. Eat healthy, feel happier, be with people that make you happy or find new people, get a pet, be in nature, workout and feel comfortable in your own skin, and simply just do what you love.

Eat Healthy
It is hard to eat healthy and it is expensive but here's some tips...
Eat less red meat and more seafood, fish, or chicken (Same pricing).
Eat fruit and vegetables (They make you full faster, so you won't eat as much, so you won't spend as much).
Don't do the extra. Always order water or water with fruit (like lemon (helps increase your metabolism)). Don't add sugar or salt. Decrease on the little things. Also, when eating a meal, don't add dessert, you got this.
When you crave, you'll regret it. When you wake up in the morning, you'll be happy and ready to start a new day.
Workout
Stretch in the morning when you wake up. Do some yoga or workout. Then take a shower and get clean and feel refreshed.
Drink some chocolate milk after or a protein shake or fruit smoothie and eat a banana, apple, or some eggs.
Fill your day with plentiful productive or entertaining things to do.
Do your best. That's all you need to do!
Fun Activities
Stay away from snacking when bored. Take a shower, sleep, go for a walk, dance, color, etc.
Go out with friends to the mall, a movie, or invite them over for a bonfire or movie night/game night.
Pick up a hobby: drawing, reading, movies, biking, roller skating, walks, coloring, clean, horseback riding, paint, dance, hunt, camp (even in backyard), etc.
"A smile is the prettiest thing you can wear."
