The White Winged Crow Novel

This novel is of a "Romantic Fantasy" genre. It is a story about a very special girl who makes a significant change in two opposing communities of people. It takes place in the 1930s when segregation was significant and shows the hardship right after The Great Depression. The main character's family owned a very large plantation in a small town in Louisiana for almost 200 years, but race was split between one side of the river and the other. She however, grew up crossing the river often to sneak over and understand the ways of the other side. She became very close to another girl her age there, but of course that was not allowed. Then as she became older, a miracle happens to her and then to others in the town, as if angels were holding their hands. See how her destiny plays a role in creating a true and loving community.
